obtaining personal property

I lived with this guy for four years. we are not seperated . he will not let me obtain my items. he told me that i would have to have a warrant to get my items. i have a order of protections already. how can i obtain my items? please please help!!!!

Actually, he might have a good idea. Since you already have an order of protection against him, perhaps ask the police to accompany you to the house so you may retrieve your items. You have not provided enough information in order for me to advise you about your issue beyond that. Best of luck.
