polygraph results released to employer

are results of a polygraph in an investigation public record to be released to just anyone during a child abuse investigation by the investigating officer to my employer

There's no privacy interest in a publicly conducted polygraph, although it DOES seem odd.

The prosecutor mightn't be too happy about it, and you can CERTAINLY file a police complaint and see what happened.

Then, get the police reports on the case and take them to a lawyer.
