Racial remark written in diversity minutes
In a diversity meeting, blacks were refer to as monkeys.
The racial statement was wrote down in the minutes. And passed around the plant. Nothing was done about it.
What can I do???

You should file a formal complaint with the HR Director or your supervisor. Most companies have a policy which directs you to specific offices or persons to complain about harassment. If you have already complained and nothing was done, you should go see a lawyer.
