Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Tennessee
Whos reliable for the payments?
My ex boyfriend and I purchased wheels together and they are on my car. He paid for them with his credit card and I have been unemployed and have not been able to pay them off. We have been seperated for a few months and the interest is adding up. The wheels were in my name, but on his credit card and with his number. The question is, legally do I need to pay for these considering he was allowing me to use his credit card number and there were no contracts involved.

Re: Whos reliable for the payments?
If you keep the wheels the obligation is yours to pay for them regardless of whether or not there was a written contract.
