Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Tennessee
repo
a so called friend of mine sold me a s-10 p/u and then came and borrowed it then called and told me he was repoing it. i had the truck for about 5 to 6 months and have been paying on it. some of my personal items are in the truck, is there anything i can do to get my personal items and the truck back?

My practical opionion is that why don't you first make a written demand to your friend and advise him that if he fails to return your personal items within five (5) days from receipt of your letter you will seek judicial relief to compel him to return your personal items.
