Slander and False arrest

I what steps I have to take to get someone for slander? If someone lies on an affividate to have to arrested what charges can I bring against them.

You can file a civil lawsuit for defamation and malicious prosecution. You may have other causes of action. I suggest you hire a lawyer immediately to discuss deadlines as well as other issues. MR
