Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Tennessee

I wish to file suite in federal court. I am claiming that my constituational rights have been violated by the governments refusal to provide me with medical coverage thru SSI. I am collecting social security disability and requested SSI to pay for medicade. I was turned down three times. Under the ninth amendment I am claiming every American has the right to receive adaquate healthcare. I will fight this myself if I have to, but I would welcome any help I can get. My only income is my disability check. Thank you,

The Ninth Amendment Does not mean what you seem to think it means. It says "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." It means that if a right isn't mentioned in the Constitution, we must not infer that the framers intended to deny us that right.

The Ninth Amendment says that the Constitution does not deprive you of a right to health care, but it does not say you actually have such a right. That seems to be what you want to prove in court, but I don't see how the Ninth Amendment will help you do it.
