Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Tennessee

obtaining police reports

I am going through a divorce, and would like to obtain a police report on my ex husband to prove he would be an unfit guardian for our two preschool children. I know he has an extensive record, but I need proof of this in court. I need to know if this is legal, and where do I go to get a copy of his police report?

Re: obtaining police reports

If you know which police station, subpoena the info. Otherwise, basic discovery should get you the information. For further info, see www.gsmithlawfirm.com .
