Random Drug Testing

i work for a plant in paris tennessee it was called pml inc. They had a a drug policy which they

stated that everone woould be tested. They sent everone a memo ststed there policy and it had to be sign. Well while i work there they only random check some and never check all like they said they would.To be this seem wrong and is not fair.

It is my opinion that if you agreed to random drug screens, your employer can give them randomly but not in a discriminatory manner, {i.e., only orientials are screen or only Baptists are screned}. For more info see www.gsmithlawfirm.com .
