Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Tennessee
recieved an unjust 'profanity' ticket
recently i was cited for using the word ''hell''. Some person cut me off during traffic and alarmed me, I quickly halted and yelled ' what the hell' a bicycle cop pulled me over and gave me a ticket for using profanty. Can i get this case dismissed?

I certainly hope so. Even if you had used much stronger language, I think making this a citable offense would be a First Amendment violation.
You probably should not try to defend yourself, though, and hiring a lawyer would be costly. I suggest contacting your local ACLU to see whether it will defend you in court. If it won't, it will probably be able to recommend local lawyers who might want to take your case pro bono.
