Legal Question in Consumer Law in Tennessee
Fraud
On 20 April, I used a company that stated that they had in stock and could install a remanufactored engine in my SUV in 7-10 days. On 23 May, they did not have the right engine and stated that they would need to send my engine to be remanufactored and it would take 3-4 weeks. On 8 June, they stated the frieght company lost my engine. What legal action can I take?

I think this is going to depend on the language of any contract you had with the company and/or the freight company.
