Legal Question in Consumer Law in Tennessee
Length of Purchase
My husband and his grandfather purchased a musical instrument about 4-5 years ago. THere was no written agreement or anything and the busniness is trying to come after my husband now for the rest owed on the instument the he no longer owns. Is there a time limit in how long a busniess can try and get money from you ?
