returning a new vehicle
i purchased a brand new vehicle and tried to return it within 3 days and the dealer refused to take it back saying there is no recession law in tennessee. is this true?

Recission rights are generally a matter of contract. Does your contract say anything about a 3-day recission period? I assume a car dealer would keep abreast of any statutory requirements for a recission period and would not flagrantly violate the law.
