Legal Question in Consumer Law in Tennessee

I was late to return 3 videos to a local video store. After 21 days the store took a little over $153 out of my bank account. I went to try and talk to an owner but I was not only denied to talk to someone that could help but they denied me a copy of my contract. And, when i asked what $153 paid for he told me that it went to replacement videos, shipping, and Labor. (labor?) So they have both my money and the videos. and will not give back either and i cant talk to an employee or owner that could be of use.

I'm guessing by your post that they charged it to a debit card. If so, contest the charge with your bank.
