Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Tennessee
i am currentlly in a wage earner and have not worked since december of last year, i am also a disabled vet and have recently applied for ss disability, my question is i have a vehicle that is paid off and in my name can it be taken from me and also can my disability be garnished

Since you are under a Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceeding, you need to address this question to your bankruptcy lawyer. It is improper for a lawyer to render legal advice to a person who is already represented by a lawyer.
