Im the garauntor on lease for my dauter, she live in a college appt. i singed two years ago. she is now an adult. my question is, against my advice she singed a new lease last august and now they want me to pay, is this legal?

Most likely not - your guaranty most liekly expired by its own terms; however it would be necessary to review the paperwork to offer an exact legal opinion
