past due title loan

I took out a title loan on a vehicle. The car then broke down and is no longer in my possession. They are threatening to take a warrant out on me if I don't pay the amount in full in three days. Can they do this?

I'll assume that you mean a civil warrant for the amount due on the loan. If you owe them money, then yes, they can sue you for it since it sounds like you haven't paid them back.
