Got behind on payments bank trying to repo atv. payments one month ahead now. Can they do this?

You should contact your bank and tell them that you are now caught up in the payments, and they should stop repossession. If that fails, you need to look at your contract to see if the bank has the right to accelerate all payments or seek repossession if you fell behind.
