Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Tennessee

i am being sued by grand valley lakes for back property owners ass. fees and water rights. i have to report to court in october. what are my options?

You have three options, such being to do nothing at which time a judgment will be entered against you, defend the case with it being suggested that you retain a lawyer to do so, or file bankruptcy for which you should also retain a lawyer.
