Wife obtains CC without husbands knowledge

I love my wife but she keeps using my credit to obtain a credit card without my knowledge. Even though I provide her with a card which track on line a pay off faithfully each month. She cannot handle money. How can I stop this from happening. I paid 8000 off before. She cannot handle a credit card, makes, min payment, late payments or no payments at all.

If she doesn't have permission to open credit in your name, you can put a fraud alert onto your credit report. It would then be more difficult to open credit.
