Writ of garnishment

I lost a small claims case for approximatley $2900.00.( employment contract) I June 2000, they sent a garnishment to my employer.The attorney and plaintiff and I agreed to settle on a monthly payment plan. I then recieved a release of garnishment from the court.

I paid via check and CC directly to the company. After xmas, they stopped charging the card, and then in Febuary, they granished my bank account, ( they did not get any money), My bank reversed the order, saying it was done out of session?

At this time I am seeking advice. Can they re-garnish my BA or paycheck even with this release. Should they take me to court again.

I sure would like to see the wage garnishment documents they sent to your employer. The last time I looked at the law, wages were not garnishable in TX. It sounds like they have exhausted whatever funds might be available to their execution of judgment in your case. You should certainly fight a wage garnishment.
