Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
I want to get 2 felonies expunged. I got them in Florida but live in Tennessee now. The first felony was in 2006 which was Interference with Custody for taking 2 minors from Florida to Georgia because they paid me to. The second felony was introduction of contraband in 2011 for bringing chewing tobacco to a friend in jail. I would like to know what I can do to have these removed for free if possible or for a low price?

You need to ask a Florida lawyer, it would be handled in that state. By the way, it would not be possible here in Tennessee.
