Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
Has 3 felony charges labeled mittimus gs and 3 other felony charges to be tried for does that mean he is lookin at prison time?

If you mean "it there the possibility that the defendant will go to prison?" I will
simply note: Any conviction for a felony, even one felony, can result in prison time.
If you are asking "Is it required that the defendant go to prison?" that depends on many factors.
Some felony offenses REQUIRE prison time, in those cases probation or Community Corrections ("house arrest") is not an option.
But some felony offenses can result in sentences that are served while on a release status in the community.
