Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
on the 19th of January 2016, my probation officer came to drug test me at my house, I told him I was dirty for meth, he did NOT give me the drug test but still violated me without any physical proof meth was in my system, I have court on the 26th of January, my system will be clean by then, can I fight this in any way since he never gave me the drug test.

Your admission to your probation officer that you used meth is admissible evidence, and it is almost certainly sufficient evidence to sustain a finding that you violated your probation. You need to hire an attorney as soon as possible to help you mitigate the consequences of your actions. Best of Luck!
