Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
I have a 20 year old son that decided it was a good idea to smoke and drink in a theatre with his girlfriend, and now he's been busted and has to go to court on May 20. He was not driving, nor did they take his car there to the theatre. What I fear is his license being suspended or something, he has to have his license as his job requires him to drive a truck around, and he needs his license or he will lose his job. What can we expect for punishment? how can we avoid his license being taken? This is his first time of ever being busted for this.
