Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
10 years ago I had to be in court for sexual battery by authority figure,which was not true,after 1 year in court I was advice to plead guilty for there was no victim no witness of a crime that was commented ,but I was sent to the pin for 3 years, can i sue the sheriff

You can sue, but you will lose.
By a plea of guilty you admitted that the state's version of events was true.
