Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
Accessory
I am 17 and my boyfriend is 28. My father doesn't like him so I had to sneak around to see him. I left my work place to go see him and my work place or parents didn't know my where abouts. He called the police and they arrested my boyfriend. They are charging him with accessory to a juvenile runnaway. Can you tell me what will happen? He has letters and taped phone conversations- can he use the tapes in court?

Re: Accessory
NO ONE can tell you what will happen without a heck of a lot more information. Have the boyfriend contact an attorney who does a good deal of criminal defense in your county and set up an appointment to talk with him or her.
