How can you get an aggravated kidnaping charge lowered and what is it called?

You can get it lowered by pleading guilty to a lesser charge, which would be offered by the Assistant District Attorney who is prosecuting your case. You can get it lowered to kidnapping or false imprisonment. Before attempting to make any deal or defend yourself on this charge, I highly recommend you either hire an attorney, seek counsel through the public defenders office, or have one appointed to you by the court at your arraignment.
