appeal/grand jury
I want to know if you can appeal a grand jury descision and if so how long and how do you do it?

No. Under Tennessee law, you can not appeal a grand jury decision, in part because the grand jury only decides whether to bring formal charges to a jury against a person -- to "indict" a person.
You CAN try to persuade the District Attorney that the charges should be dropped, OR you can go to trial before a jury and beat the charges.... but there is no "appeal" of a grand jury decision.
