Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
I have applied for an apartment and on the application it says have you been convicted of a felony. I stated No. I received a divierson for possession about 2years ago but I was told I was not being convicted. I have completed probation with satisfaction. Do I have anything to worry about?
