Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee

Boating under the influence

i was arrested for B.U.I, i did not have my rights read to me. i did the field test on gravel type grass area and they woudl not allow me to have shoes on. His partner told me he felt i was fine maybe close to the limit. He said he woudl have let me go, but it was a new guy and he wanted to impress his supervisor. i arrived at the station at 7pm and released at 11pm. I blew a .014, limit is .01. I was released to walk home in a thunderstorm and had to walk home 15 miles. 1st ever offense of anything. What can i expect to happen to me?
