Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
help
I was charged with 3 counts of child abuse and 3 counts of neglect my question is the officer who charged me with this has never met me or even been to the court dates and child services has dropped the case do to the fact i did everything they asked and they say there is no reason for the charges. i can not afford an attorney what do i do ?

You can't afford not to get a lawyer. You're facing very serious charges for which you could be incarcerated. It is probably irrelevant that the officer has never met you or come to court. You need to get a lawyer right away.
