Possession with intent to sell a Schedule I drug like LSD in Tennessee is a "Killer B" felony offense. That is, upon conviction the defendant must serve a sentence of at least 8 years (in a starting range of 8-12 years). Probation is not authorized, nor is Community Corrections (house arrest). The only possible sentence if convicted is years in the penitentiary. So don't get stupid with "do it yourself" motions. Consult with an experienced attorney.
