Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee

what to do

i was charged with vandalism over 500 back in 2000. i am a first time offender, placed on diversion, went to anger mgmt classed. i completed everything i needed to complete. now there is a warrant for my arrest and i don't understand why. i found this out by applying for a job and they told me. i don't know what to do. i am very scared.
