How do i get a no contact order with my kids removed, lifted

In short, you have to go in front of the court that issued the order.
A "no contact" order can be an Order Of Protection, Temporary Restraining Order, Condition of Release (bail bond), Condition of Probation, etc.
Each has different rules and requirements.
But the bottom line is:
The court that imposed it is the court that may lift it.
