Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
Contributing to the delinquincy of a minor
There were several people at my apartment hanging out and drinking (i live with 3 others, 2 were there and are over 21). A cop was walking by, heard people, and decided to stop by. I went out to talk to him and he wanted to come in. I neglected, but when the door was opened he said probable cause and walked in. Subsequently I alone was arrested and recieved 3 counts of contributing to the delenquency of a minor. Any suggestions on where to go from here?
