Criminal Trespass

I was asked to leave an apartment, but yet not banned from the complex a week prior to the 18th of June 2007. the 18th I was given a misdemeanor citation for criminal trespassing after being invited by the tenant into their apartment. On top of that as I was waiting to speak to my friend that resides in the apartment on the stairs away from the officer and I heard him state ''I love fucking with these faggots.''

What should be done on my behalf.

I have witnesses.

The first thing you should do is to hire an attorney who handles criminal cases and then follow that attorney's advice. It sounds as if you have a variety of defenses available, but you need an attorney to present them for you.
