Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
Is it possible to have a domestic charge expunged from a person's record after they have completed terms of the charges as ordered by the court such as completion of anger management classes and have shown no other violations for several years? This is showing up on employment background checks for my spouse and has affected his ability to attain a decent job. Thanks for your help.

Thank you for your question.
It is possible, depending on what you agreed to with the ADA on the front end. Getting expungements in Tennessee can be a particularly difficult thing to do .
If you would like, contact my office at (615) 346-2213, or provide me your case information at http://mooredefenselaw.com/expungement-tennessee-lawyer/ and we will be glad to let you know what your options are.
Thanks!
