Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
domestic dispute
My fiance and i were at a friends house and i was trying to leave in my car( i was intoxicated) he took my keys to stop me and i kept trying to get them and he pushed me out of the way
i called the police out of anger and he was arrested court is tomarrow and i want these charged to be dropped what do i need to do and who do i talk to

There is no way that you can personally "drop" the charges. The state of TN is the plaintiff, not you. You are considered to be the victim. If what you are saying is the truth, the only way that you can help is to talk to the DA's office (either before or during court), tell your version of the story and they will consider dropping the charges if they believe those facts.
