Drug Posession
The cops have arrested my boyfriend. In his house they found a scale, a little ove a half of ounce of marijuana, and sandwich bags what is teh maximum sentence he could receive? Is there a way to keep this off of his record?

What is he being charged with? Possession under 2 oz? Is that all? It is not possible to state the maximum sentence, without knowing what charges he faces. He is going to need a lawyer in order to get the best possible outcome.
