DUI removed from record
I was convicted of DUI 8 years ago and feel this will destroy my chances of becoming a police officer -can the charge be removed from my record in any way what so ever?

Re: DUI removed from record
Under Tennessee law, you can have court records erased in cases where the charges were DISMISSED, but NOT when you were convicted.
The conviction will stay on the record. Forever.
