dui first off. simple poss. second off.
how do I go about coming out of this with minimum financial and/or incarceration obligations.My BAC is pending.

The most important thing you can do, and quite likely the cheapest thing you can do is to hire a good DUI attorney.
If you are found not guilty, you will save a greate deal in court costs, fines, increased insurances costs, reinstatment charges it get your licence back, etc.
If you are found not guilty, you will pay nothing more than your attorney's fee.
