Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee

If you are arrested for a DWI, ask for a blood test which comes out negitive what happens, does the court apoligize for all the trouble they put you through, and wages you lost etc etc.... does the officer who wrongly arrested you get repremaned?????

No to all of the above so long as the officer had probable cause for the traffic stop. These days, even if the stop was at a check point and there was no probable cause, it is unlikely that the officer would be reprimanded.
