Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee

ok im just going to explian this in detial ok.I live in Andersonville Tn,and im 16yrs old and the guy was 21 but is 22 now.we had sex on 4 diffent days.well my parents found out and is trying to get him charged with Forced Statutory Rape and then just Statutory Rape. But he did not ever rape me,because everytime that we did have sex it was always my idea. But the cops have all of his an mine text messeges to each other,plus our facebook messeges as well, and on almost everything that we have said to eachother was how much we love eachother and how much he wants to marry me.He did get arrested for it but he got bonded out of jail,he told the cops everything an he didnt lie about anything.So how can i get a lawer if my parents wont pay for it,and how can we convine the judge to let us get married,because my parents hate me now and they hate him,so what can we do so he wont go to prison an plus so that the judge will let us be together.

1 - Tennessee law is as follows. Remember, these are exact ages, and exact differences in age,

as in "count the years, months and days."

2 - IF:

You are under 18 years of age but at least 15 years of age, AND

He is no more that four years older than you.

There is no crime in Tennessee.

3 - IF:

You are under 18, but over 15, AND

He is at least 4 years older than you, AND

He is not 5 years older than you.

Then he can be prosecuted for Mitigated Statutory Rape.

4 - IF:

You are under 18 but over age 15, AND

He is at least 5 years older than you, AND

He is not 10 years older than you.

The he can be prosecuted for Statutory Rape.

5 - IF:

You are under 18 but over age 15, AND

He is at least 10 years older than you.

The he can be prosecuted for Aggravated Statutory Rape.

He needs an attorney, and if he cannot afford one, he needs to ask for the court to appoint the Public Defender.
