If you pleaded guilty to a case and then are required to be finger printed for a licensed job through the state. Will your exponged record show up??

Your fingerprints will remain on record with the agency that took them in the first place, and they will remain in the national data base where they were initially sent.
But the background check will NOT run your fingerprints against everyting in the system. It will instead look for court records of cases in which you were charged, and THOSE records should have been eliminated.
