I was arrested 20years ago for shoplifting (teenager) I plead guilty and was convicted and the charge was lessen to a misdemeaner. I lost a very good job in a bank because of this.Is there anyway that I can get this case sealed or expunged, because it continues to haunt me and although I have never had another run in with the law. Please help!!!!

Re: Expungement
Under Tennessee law (and I am assuming the conviction was in Tennessee), convictions can never be removed from your record, and you can not have the record sealed.
