Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee

False warrant

My daughter was arrested with a warrant stating that she had called and threnten a girl friend of her last boy friend. The warrant was false. In fact, my daughter was with my wife and myself and some other friends when this occurred. This person is out to get my daughter for reasons we do not understand. My question, what can be done to stop this type of behavior of issuing false warrants? This is causing a lot of lost work and sleep.
