Falsely Accused
My brother has been put in jail do to violation of probation but they are also trying to get him for a drug charge. that I know for a fact he did not do because he was having a family dinner at the time and there are witnesses. he say's they have evidence. But he swears that he did not do anything and he would tell me the truth but they are taking him to criminal court on october the 28 and he has a 10,000 dollar bond, and he told them that he was going to represent his self because we are on a fixed income his family and mine. So if you can help me out I would be very happy to know what to tell hi mwhat to do

what you should tell him to do is get an attorney. Even if he can't afford one he should at least ask the court to appoint him one. Representing yourself in court on a matter where you could end up in prison is very foolish.
