Family Involvement - drug case

My sister has recently moved back in with my parents and is using drugs, pretty obvious. Can my parents be held accountable? What can they do short of having her arrested? She has a daughter and will not kick my sister out because of risking their grand daughter. She is causing major grief and no one knows what to do. Can some one have her committed to a rehab?

Under some state and federal laws, your parents are literally betting their house that your sister does not get caught. Further, if she is arrested, and it is shown that your parents knew about the drugs, the State may take the child into Foster care. For more info, see www.gsmithlawfirm.com
