Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
if someone fasly accuses you of a criminal harssement but not sexual and you were booked on that charge but find proof "paper" that they lied on the affidavit what can they be charged with?

Filing a false police report and/or perjury..
That is both criminal charges, as well as a basis for a lawsuit.
